“The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance? Press 1 now!) then hangs up on you. Also, no shipping tracking number or anything else. I called the dealership directly and it turns out my part I ordered is just sitting there waiting for me. Not sure how long it’s been sitting but at least I can go get it now.”

“Working with Oregon Hot tub has been excellent from the very beginning. Met Jack Nichols in April contemplating getting a hot tub and researching reviews. Hot Spring tubs offer very low maintenance , quite operation and low operating cost which what was looking for. After 3 visits ( you have the option to make an appointment and try it while running : ) and many questions later Jack helped me choose the one that would fit our needs. We have a tight space and he went to our home took measurements , pictures for clearance issues and weight support distribution as well. Had the spa for a week now, ended up with SOVEREIGN model , fits perfectly and exceeds expectations . Jack came by after installation and walked me through first time chemical prep and future maintenance schedule. Customer service is fantastic and our family has been using it everyday. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jack for a truly smooth , no pressure and highly professional experience.”

“We hired Brass Tacks Builders for a mini-remodel of our kitchen, including replacing the sink and installing new countertops. We couldn’t believe how well Sean problem-solved some issues that came up due to our own poor planning (we failed to measure the depth of our old countertops and purchased new counters that were not deep enough to bridge an odd gap between the cabinets and the walls). Sean worked with the materials we’d already purchased and turned out a product that looks great. We were on a very tight budget and he was able to stick to that budget precisely and make everything work with materials on hand. He pays attention to detail and cares about the quality of his work as if it were his own home. Despite the challenges he encountered being completely our fault, Sean was patient and incredibly flexible and a pleasure to work with; we highly recommend Brass Tacks Builders!”
