“I can’t say enough good things about this business. I have had a number of services performed on my vehicle here and they have met or exceed expectations every time. I recently blew a tire a half mile down the road and then found out that the lug wrench I had was faulty. I was not close to a store, and the closest person I could call to come help would have been an hour away. I called Pro Automotive on a whim to see if they would be willing to help me out with a wrench. They didn’t hesitate and sent someone immediately who helped with the tire. After the assist, I drove to the shop. I needed new tires - which they gave me a generous offer on. They are honest, altruistic, and extremely professional in my experience. “was side swiped last December and the person didn’t leave contact info. Such great service though I have been meaning to leave a glowing review since then. They got my car taken care of quickly and he was able to fix two cracked windows from someone trying to break into my car a few weeks prior, without me paying anything additional. Quick service, incredibly polite, very knowledgeable and explains things clearly, and gave me a ride back to my place after i dropped my car off. They made a pretty upsetting situation as easy as it could be! Will 100% be coming back for any future repairs and have since sent friends there for theirs.”

“My friend and I went to O’Reillys Auto Parts due to my friend needing a new battery. She called and the commercial manager said to come in at noon that there would be more employees coming in and he could install it. We got there and the guy said they couldn’t do it do to the battery saying recommend professional install meant. We told the guy what the commercial manager said he went and asked him did he tell us that and he said yes. And the guy still said they couldn’t do it. We tried to jump my friends car again and it would turn over. She turned it off when we got there because she was told the guy could do it over the phone. It was very hot and I went in and spoke to the manager Janelle and told her what happened and she said let me take a look. Janelle was awesome she removed and reinstalled the new battery that my friend purchased from there in 91 degree weather 🥵. We just want to say that she is a great manager and we had a couple of laughs. So when it was all said and done my friend and I went to Chick-fil-A and got Janelle a meal and a large lemonade which she said she loved due to our conversation while she was taking care of the battery. We brought and back and surprised her. She deserves it and so much more. We really appreciate you Janelle I hope you have a wonderful day and stay cool 😎😆”

“I brought my truck in with what I thought was a serious issue. I explained the truck symptoms and was told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a week or so. Perfectly fine. By my surprise, I was called 2 days later, saying they found the issue, as it was a loose ground wire going from the cab to the frame. The truck runs amazing now with no check engine lights, all the gauges and stereo work as they should. I will be back!”
