“Staff is friendly and helpful. Been here at least half a dozen times, both myself and my husband. Sometimes it gets a little crazy busy and you need to wait a bit, and once I had a person helping there get a bit stressed, but as a general rule they are helpful and kind. (And considering the many grumpy/sour people that I’ve seen come through while waiting in line, I’m impressed with how the staff here handle it) Also they looked up the GoodRX coupon for me on my prescription that wasn’t covered by insurance. “The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance? Press 1 now!) then hangs up on you. Also, no shipping tracking number or anything else. I called the dealership directly and it turns out my part I ordered is just sitting there waiting for me. Not sure how long it’s been sitting but at least I can go get it now.”

“I recently had some work done at Schooner Creek and was very pleased with everything about the experience, including a problem with some paint failure on the paint job Schooner Creek had done.This was clearly accidental and unintentional. This was discovered after an outside contractor had completed some work on my boat, separate from Schooner Creek’s work. It required me to bring my boat back in to have the paint job redone. Although there was not 100% proof what the cause was, all evidence pointed to the outside contractor’s work as the reason for the paint failure. In spite of the evidence showing this happened by no fault of what Schooner Creek had done, they handled it in the most fair and professional fashion. They took on the cost of the replacement paint and also the majority of the cost of the labor to redo it, and suggested a small portion of the labor be covered by the outside contractor. The outside contractor took no responsibility for this problem, and argued to its cause in spite of what seemed pretty clear to Schooner Creek and myself. The contractor ultimately agreed to help with the costs of a redo paint job, but not without a fair amount of pulling of teeth to just encourage them to help be part of a fair and reasonable solution for all parties involved. The quality of the work was excellent (installation of new electronic instruments and new bottom paint) and after this situation played out, it was evident that Schooner Creek went above and beyond for me, showing they really valued me as a customer and cared about investing in potential future business between them and myself. My little and old boat was well taken care of, and still mattered to them, in spite of the huge number of larger and very expensive vessels they take care of on a regular basis. All of these things really matter to me and I was left feeling very satisfied and with great appreciation for their business practices and how they handle issues of customer service. I will definitely return to them with future business, and will highly recommend them to any boat owner, for any of the services they provide.”

“For sure one of the most honest and fairly priced shop around. Brought in my F150 thinking it needed an alignment because it had a slight pull to the right. I suspect a small misalignment or road crown was causing the pull. After their inspection I was informed my alignment was fine and charged a very fair and modest fee. There are so many dishonest people/shops out there always out to make a quick buck or scam you. It’s great to find one that doesn’t.”

“Working with Oregon Hot tub has been excellent from the very beginning. Met Jack Nichols in April contemplating getting a hot tub and researching reviews. Hot Spring tubs offer very low maintenance , quite operation and low operating cost which what was looking for. After 3 visits ( you have the option to make an appointment and try it while running : ) and many questions later Jack helped me choose the one that would fit our needs. We have a tight space and he went to our home took measurements , pictures for clearance issues and weight support distribution as well. Had the spa for a week now, ended up with SOVEREIGN model , fits perfectly and exceeds expectations . Jack came by after installation and walked me through first time chemical prep and future maintenance schedule. Customer service is fantastic and our family has been using it everyday.
