The staff it's very friendly and more than willing to help with tech issues and will relate personal experiences based on products and equipment. Their shipping department does first rate packing and most orders are shipped out the same day they are received. I was once accidentally charged twice for a small inexpensive item and someone in their bookkeeping department called me back and alerted me to this before I ever realized it. “Dr. Hoy helped treat my lower back and I occasionally visit to get my ribs put back into place - I had no idea that was where my back pain was coming from! She gives really good explanations as to what is happening but isn't afraid to tell you about any uncertainty she has. The office has gentle music and she can switch to a soft/dim lighting very easily. In both the waiting room and the treatment room there are toys for kids to occupy themselves while you get your treatment. There's even markings on the wall for taking the kids' measurements.”

“Fantastic customer service!! I made an error on the purchase of a gift for my wife who has Raynaud's syndrome. Since I live in Portland, just north of the warehouse, I contacted for a quick replacement since we were leaving town for a ski trip the next day. Mike was super helpful and friendly and a refreshing down-to-earth helper in getting me squared away. So you can learn from my mistakes: 1) The battery is purchased separately for the 7.4V model, 2) The 12V model is only for motorcycle/snowmobile use and plugs into that onboard battery, so no battery is shipped with it. So if you're using this for skiing or walking around, the 7.4V + external battery is what you will need. Can't wait to try it out!”
