“I had been in the market for a new car for a few months. I knew what I was looking for, which in the middle of a national car shortage did not make it the most easy task. However, Trevor and the sales manager Mike went above and beyond to make this a seamless process. From the first time meeting with them they gave me every detail I needed to buy a car with a confidence. While other dealerships are taking advantage of the current shortage and pricing vehicles well over sticker price, Hallmark Hyundai stands apart for honoring the sticker price and treating their customers like family. They worked with me to find the exact vehicle I was looking for, from the exterior to interior details. They kept me informed of when a vehicle could be expected to arrive and contacted me promptly as soon as one did. This is the second purchase I have made from Hallmark and I'm sure I will be back. I have been involved in the purchasing process at other dealerships, which took all day. That is not the case at Hallmark Hyundai. Once the vehicle arrived I was in and out quickly, leaving with my new keys in hand. I also have to give props to the financial manager who did not try to oversell me or pressure me into buying additional warranties I was not interested in. “I had a tire that kept going down....I was constantly putting air in it. I went by Johnny's b/c the guys there had always been a reliable source. I asked if he thought I could drive to Nashville on it ?? I was told I should replace it. Bummer rt? I asked how much a tire would cost w/ a disappointing & concerned ? face. The gentleman (maybe Johnny, he seemed to have authority) told me I should replace it for sure and I could owe him if needed but he doesn't want to put me on the road w/ the tire I was driving on. OH WOW I was impressed!! Altho I've been thr several times, they certainly didn't know me & this guy had nvr helped me. I bought the tire & made a safe round trip to Nashville. ? I recommend this place for all your tire needs.”

“I had to have my brake pads replaced. Midas was about $30~$50 per axle less expensive than other providers. I was also able to take advantage of their oil change coupon during my visit. I waited on the job in a clean and friendly customer area. I was kept informed of the progress and told when my vehicle would be completed as well as notified when there was only 30 minutes left. My vehicle was tested and driven by the repairman and delivered to me at the waiting area. The steering wheel had been covered in plastic and a paper carpet protector put down. Both were removed when I was presented with the vehicle. I have been driving for several days since without problems. And of course, Midas provides a lifetime warranty on parts. So, I highly recommend this location and this team. I appreciated their prompt and courteous effort and the work of the technician who visited with me to review the job. All in all, very impressed.”
