“I had an appointment for 10:30am with Dr. Nguyen, so I showed up at 10:15am for paperwork. Even though I was early, I was not seen until 11:07am (37 minutes late). She was very nice though, I liked her energy and how quickly she worked once I was able to be seen. Update: Eye-Deal reached out to explain that my appointment was delayed due to a medical situation with the patient prior to me. Typically, the wait time is not supposed to be that long. I understand these situations come up, I added the last 2 stars because I appreciate the transparency with customers. Thank you for letting me know!”
