“I have had a good experience from the application process to present. If there is ever an issue I feel I need to report to management it is handled in a prompt manner. They have always been friendly and respectful. Maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are kept clean and the units are above average when it comes to apartment living. No trouble from neighbors. There is little I can say in the way of negatives. At the end of the day it is apartment living so if you expect to feel like you are living in a home away from the noise of others, it's not realistic. However, nothing is excessive. The dog park comes in handy. I also like the dog wash station. The lighting at night is more than sufficient. Parking of non residents is fully enforced. The pool area is always kept very nicely. I am very happy here for the time being. One of the better apartment living communities I've been in.”

I'd rather wait on a good doctor then be taken right back because they aren't busy, that should tell you something right there....why aren't they busy? They got me in and did a thorough inspection of my steering components and found I needed some components replaced. They gave me an estimate and with my approval they expedited the repairs & completed the work. Since then we’ve taken another vehicle in for minor electrical work and again they did great same day work for us which was reasonably priced & well done. I’d highly recommend Alex ( the owner/operator) and his staff whether you are seeking basic maintenance work or more significant mechanical work.”
