The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process. “We stayed on the top floor for the whole weekend but didn't know it was the Saint Patrick day weekend. We liked the room but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was hard for me and my wife to sleep. The shower was very big and loved it. Very large TV. There was no refrigerator and microwave. What made me give four stars and not three is the front desk personal. There was one guy that was very nice to us. He remember my name everytime I came down. He gets five stars by himself.”

Finance on the other hand was not such a great experience but then I met with Michelle Larson and she stepped in and took care of us just as Sam Hall had and she was able to resolve our finance issues and finally get me signed..I have been a Ford owner since I was 18, and this was my first experience with 5 Star Ford and I had in the past been to other dealerships but I will definitely be doing my business from now on with 5 Star Ford and will also do business again with Sam Hall at 5 Star Ford as my salesman. “The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, clean, great breakfast buffet. I left out one star and give it only 5 stars because there was no fan in the bathroom. My sister in law went to the desk to ask why we had no fan. There was a box in the ceiling with a louvered cover on it, where you would normally have a fan. The person at the desk told her that none of the rooms had fans. So in order not to offend each other with offensive odors, we would "take a walk" ( to the lobby restroom) whenever the need to drop a deuce would come up. Other than that, it was a very comfortable, nice stay.”
