“This is a great place to live. A lot of dog owners live here, and there is a busy dog park only a couple of minutes away. Also the maintenance staff are readily accessible most of the time. My issues are usually taken care of within a few days.”

“Super SMALL rooms. Bugs! Rooms have very dim lighting. I suppose it helps to not notice grime and questionable stains etc. Bring flip flops to shower with.. just a suggestion ????. Fun house type mirror on ceiling above bed. Oh and the owner is out at 10:30am with the notorious dreaded chant " check out time!" On this side of town, check out is 11am instead of the usual 12noon, but these particular little shacks want you out 30 mins early. Also, lock up your vehicle! If you have a truck, do not leave anything you want to keep in the bed of your truck!! Regardless of the covered parking connected to each room, we parked directly in front of our door and still, someone had stolen the stuff out of the bed of our truck. The cameras apparently are just for show and do not record. To top it off, the owners expressed ZERO emotion towards the issue. If you return the key to the room back to the front desk they give you $5 back. ????”

“We were here over the weekend for the NCA All-Star Cheer Competition. The rooms and amenities (gym and pool) were clean and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our big group. On one particular morning, the athletes competed early and the staff opened the breakfast area earlier than their regular scheduled time so that the athletes were able to grab something to eat. On another evening, we ordered in some pizza and salad for a team dinner and the hotel allowed us to use the downstairs tables and chairs to eat. After a long day of competition and practice, the best thing to do was to come back to the hotel and relax. Lastly, they tried their best to accommodate the teams by having them stay on the same floor. This made for such great team bonding. Thank you to the management and staff (especially Bella). Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our two cheer teams had a great time at your hotel during our stay in Dallas, TX.”

“The staff here have been nothing short of amazing as has my experience here. This place is magical and has changed my life for the better!! The cabins are cute cozy and feel like home. The people here are all sweet, and for the first time in a long time I have found some authentic human beings! I want to stay for longer than I had originally anticipated because of how amazing my experience has been. I would recommend the Riverlane Resort to anyone that wants and is open to new beautiful experiencences in life. I cannot put into words how life changing this place and the people have been here. Mine and my boyfriends relationship has benefited greatly and truly has given us a new lease on life! I will forever be grateful for this place and plan to come back again soon!!!”
