Twice I have been given appointments only to get there and find no record of it. It's very difficult to get help from them on the phone. They should be calling me if my appointment was cancelled. I'm not sure about their appointment automation. I saw the Dr. in January and received an auto generated email in March saying I was "missed" and need to see the Dr. at least once a year.”

To my relief and surprise it went so much quicker and better than I could have imagined. It was only 2 days ago and I feel great and experienced very little pain after the procedure. The doctor, Dr. Spingola, kept me informed as he worked and "warned" me of sounds or things I might feel and why. For me it was very reassuring and calming. The staff -- everyone I encountered -- was kind, friendly, and upbeat. They too made the experience so much better than I expected. I am grateful for all their efforts.”
