“I had a stripped lug bolt on a tire that I needed to change due to it having a bubble in the sidewall. I had a 15hr drive and needed it fixed ASAP. Numerous other shops said they couldn't fix it or I had to wait until Monday. Tiffany at Town East Automotive was awesome the second she picked up the phone. She instantly stated we can fix that problem. Once I brought the spare tire and the new lug bolt, she had me on my way in no time even though they were very busy on a Saturday. Thanks again!!”

They never make me feel silly for asking 1000 questions or forgetting the exercises. Additionally, they never minimize my pain in comparison to others who are in more severe pain. They are extremely patient, extremely flexible, and extremely accommodating - always willing to make adjustments to scheduling as well as exercises when needed. My comfort level is always taken into consideration. I could write a book about how great these ladies are and how they work to make physical therapy fun!”
