The only downside I've come across is that the laptop I requested from the school that I paid for does not have a warranty that lasts the 2 years for an associates degree. Now I have to go to the library to do my assignments since I can't get my laptop fixed.”

They have economy pieces and nicer pieces. You get what you pay for. If you're looking for the cheapest piece of furniture made, he can likely accommodate your request. If you're looking for high quality pieces he can also take care of you. I always walk out of there feeling like I got a fair price for what I bought. Crab was also very tasty without that fishy taste some crab has. Customer service was good. Ordering by phone was quick and easy. She even texted me the menu so I could view all options. There were only 2 people working. So it was understandably a wait. Ordered at 6:10. Got there about 6:30 and made it to the counter at 6:40 and order wasn't ready. No biggie but was advised order would be ready in 10 minutes over the phone. It was 6:54 when I made it to my car. It was definitely worth the wait. I simply would have appreciated a more realistic ETA on my order.”
