“We were told there was a 3-4 hour wait since we were a walk in and all appointments were spoken for. We only waited less than 1 hour. I almost gave this place a 4 star because it is warm in the waiting room. They have an area somewhat isolated for kids to play. It is quiet in waiting room, no music, light background tv that shows advertisements. They were able to run flu, COVID and strep throat test fast. We left with a prescription. We got there around 1pm on a Sunday.”

The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees”

“First thing first...Gina and all of her staff are amazing! My husband and I were faced with making one of the hardest decisions of our lives, which was to place his parents in a facility where 24 hour care is provided. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to provide the necessary care for them. Gina has walked us through all of the ups and downs in this difficult transition and has remained at our side every step of the way. She has totally changed our lives and that of my in-laws as well. Although they struggled with the move at first, my in-laws are now happier than ever in their new home. They love their new friends and family. Gina has gone above and beyond to assure that they are comfortable and happy. She continually keeps us updated and sends pictures and videos of their progress and day to day activities. We can only hope that Gina, J.R., Flor and Brandi know how truly grateful we are that they came into all of our lives. YOU ALL ARE TRULY AMAZING! “I stayed here for close to month while tending to my father, who was a patient in a nearby hospital. The entire hotel was very clean. But where this place really shined, was the staff. Everyone, from the desk clerks, housekeeping, and the breakfast server were extremely kind and very accommodating. They couldn’t have been nicer. They definitely made my stay here a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time.”
