“I live there for 7 years and never had an issue. It was hard to move out after I bought my house though. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff is very nice. I don’t know the property manager name , but he is very kind and always trying to make his residents happy by giving food on the way out, or inviting them for events. Only dealt with Mary, his assistant, and always took care of me. She always showed care and support. Don’t let bad reviews fool you. Try it out and you won’t regret it. The apartments are clean and the maintenance team is always working trying to keep the place clean. At least if call for maintenance emergency, someone will be there for you even if it is at the middle of night.”

“In response to the review by "AJ"...I was sorry to learn that Ajay Mesuria is stating that he was dissatisfied with my services as his real estate agent. It is certainly my desire for all my clients to have a pleasant & rewarding experience with their real estate transactions. I take complaints seriously, and after reviewing Ajay’s allegations & the evidence of his real estate transaction, I respectfully disagree with his assessment of my services. During the course of the transaction, I provided professional & ethical service in accordance with the terms of the contract between Ajay & myself, my Company, and Texas law. In addition, I personally contributed $1,900 of commission for Ajay to receive blinds that the builder would not supply and I had no obligation whatsoever to do so. Nevertheless, since the closing, Ajay has repeatedly demanded my commission, paid by the builder, from me. While I am sorry that Ajay is dissatisfied, the evidence contradicts his allegations and I have denied Ajay Mesuria's request for my earned commission.”

“I have lived at the Marquis twice over the past few years. The original management team would have gotten one star (or less if possible). This time around, I moved back here in 2018, the Management Team is amazing. They respond quickly to either an email or telephone message, which I really appreciate. All of the activities they plan make for an awesome sense of community. I met some of my neighbors at one of the events and since then we look out for each other. They cook meals for me and I for them. I keep an eye out on their place when they go out of town. I have not had any maintenance issues in the past year but I do know that the Maintenance staff is the best around. Above all, I absolutely love the location. Set in between beautiful subdivisions but yet has every type of retail available within a couple of miles.”
