“My house was built in 1986. The den needed remodeling to bring it up to today's modern design and style features. After receiving several estimates from contractors, I selected Southern Renovated Homes to perform the remodeling work. The den received a complete transformation. Popcorn ceiling, decorative wood ceiling beams, chair railings, and paneling were removed. LED lighting was installed in the ceiling. All wood molding was replaced. The entire room was painted. The completed den renovation was beautiful and so modern! I am completely satisfied and happy with the completed remodeling. Sergio provided expert craftsmanship and a personal touch to the renovation. He approached the renovation with care and detail as if it were his own home.
