“I feel like it depends on the time, day and what your reason is to be here. I came on a Thursday morning 15 minutes before they opened for a vehicle registration sticker. Once it opened, a person helped print out a ticket, I was seated and promptly assisted in 20 minutes. Not bad. There are chairs inside to sit in and ticket numbers that are called out over the speaker. No personal information displayed. For what it's worth, I expected to be here much longer. You have to expect some wait time for things like this. Overall, I was pleased.”

They take their time with your haircut and pay close attention to details. They are friendly as well. If you live in NW Houston, this place is much better compared to the very pricey barbershops closer to downtown.”
