“Good jiffy lube. They check for things like tire wear, brakes, and other common maintenance needs. And they don't try to gouge you on the price. Staff is very courteous and attentive to detail. Not every jiffy lube is like this. These guys have saved me from major road hazards.”

“Went and got a car wash and then when I got home I found out my front UK license plate was ripped off and cracked in half. I am not saying that is fully their fault but rather the customer service I received is the reason for the one star review. I went back once I noticed, and filled a complaint with the manager and they said they would see what they could do about it. Especially as it held sentimental value and would be difficult to replace. Anyways after week and weeks of no contact I emailed HQ and informed them of the situation. With in a day or two got an email back saying something along the lines of thanks for contacting us, hope we resolve your issue. WHAT!!!! I haven’t even talked to anyone at HQ, and I don’t see any compensation, how do you define this resolved!!!! Something is messed up with there way they treat customers. I wouldn’t sign any monthly contract them after this experience! And trust me I tell this story to everyone that mentioned their name! If you don’t mind damage to your car, and no one taking responsibility, be my guest and get your car washed there! **** updated. After posting this they called me quickly and were very willing to work with me to. The manager that took my complaint in the beginning called me and apologized for not following up. She was even willing to pay for a new plate. But as I have already replaced it, we worked something else out. I changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Due to being willing to work with me!”

“The Sweatleaf Trail is a fun 30 minute hike into the Texas natural environment. The walk ways are wide, well marked, and the underbrush is maintained to where it is not encroaching on the trail. There are several bird watching areas and an abundance of wild flowers. ”

“Nice forest in an urban setting. Lots of traffic noise on the trails close to 1488. Bordered by homes and apartment buildings. Some of the main trails have had bulldozers on them leaving tread marks to walk on. There are a couple of nice ponds. Horses are allowed on the trails, so watch your step. Bathrooms are only available at the office.”

I'm always surprised that there isn't a bigger crowd. “I know there's cheaper apartments around but the managers here will jump over fences to help you and that means a lot I'm a busy man and the amenities and things that they offer are completely amazing I love the gym I love the pool and the dog park all things that just make my life that much easier. Friday's is a long day for me the fact that they actually will come and walk your dog I've never had that kind of treatment.
