“Jose Barrera and the whole team at this store have been amazing. There was a mix up when we switched over about T-Mobile paying off our Verizon phones. The team at this store has worked hours with T-Mobile corporate and managers and on and on until they got us what was promised. While customer support reps pretty much told us too bad, the team at this store would not take that for an answer! Try to find that kind of customer service at a cell phone store somewhere else!”

The receptionist name Kiah at the front desk was very nice and convinced me to join. i have a membership with them now and I go in with by myself some days and other days I bring my husband along to get a massage. Also the facials are phenomenal. The specialist gave me tips on how to keep my face moisturized and soft. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment.”

“This has become my favorite Michael’s and today, just topped it off. Thanks to the young lady working the register today. It’s fairly new so the layout takes time getting use to but the staff here, at this location vs the others around here, are exceptional more helpful and pleasant to approach. They are more friendly and you can often find help. The other one in town lost my business a couple years ago. They were the only one in town. Not so much on the friendly side, you get one person here and there but not much and I been shopping there for over 10 years!). Having friendly and outgoing customers makes you want to go shop and return. You can have the best deals but if I have to shop in a hostel environment or no personality, I take my business elsewhere. I am an online shopper who gets anxiety attacks and I will at least leave to go to this location. So happy there is a Michael’s I can enjoy shopping at again!”

“Location is very nice however it seems that more pharmacists/techs need to be hired. Waiting 30-40 mins in a drive through with 6 cars and a line of 7 people inside (I went in first) for a time that isn't busy is very inconvenient to everyone. Not sure how long the people were waiting in line infront of me but after a while someone actually honked because no one was tending to the person in the car. Unfortunately if your doctor called it in here you are stuck waiting forever. I will be changing my prescription pick up location after this experience..... I am still in line waiting to pick up my prescription with 3 cars infront of me. I have had enough time to write this review and I'm still waiting. Unlike most products, prescriptions are actually needed so you can't just leave them at the pharmacy if you are unhappy with the service...”
