This school has given us not just a great place to work out, but it has given us a great community to be apart of. “Fox Fitness is a dream come true for me. I started going 6 or 7 months ago, and I've loved every day I got to pump iron at this gym. Equipment is great and high quality, nothing is ever out of order or broken, and the atmosphere is just amazing. Hands down the best part of this gym. Everyone's serious and hardworking (and super friendly), and most respect their gym enough to put weights back and wipe down after using whatever they used. I couldn't picture myself enjoying another gym in this area like I have Fox. Keep up the great work guys!!!”

We were impressed then with his coaching style and his approach towards making it easier for beginners to get started with the sport. The quality and consistency of his training has only advanced since then. New coaches, new facility/equipment, more classes, and new techniques were all added in a short time. He has such positive energy and a kind spirit, he immediately makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door and that’s daily, it’s not an act, it’s not a front. He is truly a genuine individual. He always makes sure everyone is having a good time while being able to reach their fitness goals. He is such an awesome coach and he takes the time to get to know you as a person not just a number, like those big brand name gyms. If I could give this place 100 stars I would, you know what I can... 100 stars it is :). In addition to Ricardo being awesome, so are the people in the workout classes. It ranges from every fitness level and no matter what level one is, we all show support and encourage each other through our challenging yet fun workouts (if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you). The workout classes are only 30 minutes and Ricardo changes it up daily so you rarely do the same thing back to back. I encourage anyone who is debating on trying this place to give it a try, you won’t regret it. I have never been more excited to workout, especially after a long day of work but now I look forward to working out more than ever before. I not only feel better physically but mentally as well. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!
