I was looking for a place in the country that felt like home to him. I found Anchor Way about 15 minutes from my place in Ft. Worth. The care has been exceptional. Thank you to Shelita, the owner who cares so much for others. Her story stems from her grandmother (it is on her website) and why she chooses to do this because of a love for others in this situation. Extremely clean, small (a key for Alzheimer's disease) and she has a caring/empathetic staff who talk to residents as if they are a part of their own family. They call my dad "Pop", just like I do. They also have independent apartments who are geared for those needing a great apartment with the benefits of a caring staff -- when/if needed down the road. *********Highly Recommended*******”
