The brisket was just about perfect: moist without falling apart, smokey but not dry, great bark, not fatty at all. Everything I tasted was great (pork belly, ribs) and the generous sides were creative and delicious. The ambiance is nothing fancy, but it's comfortable, very clean, and convenient. “If you're looking for a wedding cake, birthday cake or any kind of cake, you want Michelle's Patisserie to do it. She's professional and her cakes are light, fluffy, melt in your mouth pieces of heaven. When we did our wedding tasting, we tried 6 different flavors and each one of them was moist, delicious and filled with unbelievable flavor. It was difficult to decide, but we went with the Bourbon Caramel Pecan. Just as we hoped, everyone loved our cake and they're still raving about it. To be fair, we did tastings at other places, too, but Michelle's Patisserie was hands down the best. And if I haven't convinced you yet, today is the day after our wedding and my husband and I decided we're not saving our top tier for our one year anniversary. We're having it tonight! It makes no sense to us to deny ourselves. Besides, it'll give us an excuse to buy a new one.”
