So the facility is top notch with the all the new refreshes! I have also been training with Matt Fox almost the same amount of years. He is the best trainer in my opinion and has really transformed me mentally and physically and always helps me meet and exceed my fitness goals. If you want a excellent consistent trainer he is the best bet. He will push you in a good way. He will make sure your form is perfect so that you won't injure yourself or allow you to heal faster.
