Only complaint would be that my room didn't have a remote for the TV so we had to keep getting up to change the channel. Not sure if all rooms are like this or not. I would definitely be coming back again. Especially since it's about a 10 minute drive to the beach.”

“I enjoyed our building experience, process, people, and the final result. Moira the sales agent was very patient and supportive the whole time. The builder lead answered all of our questions and drove all issues to a proper resolution. We also enjoy working with the warranty guy post closing. Our third party inspections came back with stellar comments on the quality of the construction. Shaddock has a well oiled machine to get you into a fine home. I recommend going with Shaddock.”

“Close to most of the "Long Beach To Do" list. The Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Pierpoint Marina, and tons of shopping and restaurants like and Yard House are within walking distance. So location is pretty good for an RV park. On the other hand the placement of this RV park is not the greatest. It's adjacent to the last exit on the 710 Freeway; bordered on the north by several 12-story office buildings; and bordered on the south by a mosquito estuary (j/k). Price is fair for what you get. Clean (mostly level) sites, pool, spa, bathrooms, showers, laundry, full hookups including cable, a little general store. Several maintenance & security on the grounds throughout the day and night. The place is entirely chain link fenced in plus barbed wire so we felt pretty safe! ? We only stayed one night but we'd come back again for a couple of days.”

“Shout out to Tameka, Chanay, Antwone, Ms. Deborah, & Claire for making my stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place, especially when one is looking for a very affordable hotel. I stayed @ this hotel w/ my family from Jul-Oct 2019 because we moved from AZ to TX. The service was great then. Also stayed from May-Aug 2020 by myself to move out of my parents' place. Being that it was closer to my job, & I could literally take the bus to get to work, it was a no-brainer. The guys mentioned above made my stay great, & were quite flexible w/ payments (paid weekly for about 9 weeks). I moved to another location because this new location is closer to my new job (literally 3 miles away). & even w/ that, they wished me the very best, made my checking out process easy, & said that if I ever need to come back, they got me. Really appreciate those guys. Thanks again guys for making my stay great, & yes, if I ever need to come back, I'll definitely do so.”

“The place is very nice and clean and comes with a free access to the water park. There are lots of things to do in the area and Kara gave us amazing tips. The bungalows are on the hill just across the street from water park and just a 2 minutes walk from the lake. The view is amazing . Kara was an awesome host, and she is always across the street at the water park ready to help. The Beachside Billys restaurant is located very convenient just across the street from the bungalows and their food is delicious. Try their pizza is mouthwatering! My family enjoyed every single moment of our stay and we are already thinking of going back with two other families.”
