“This location was very nice! The staff is amazing, and very helpful. When I would go down for breakfast in the morning the woman setting up the area would always ask everyone how their day was, and if there was anything that she could do for them. The breakfast was great, and not super crowded for a weekend even though the parking lot was almost full.”

“The owners are amazing. This place is kept up like a 5 star resort. Cabins are first class all the way! Sat out at the end of the pier under the lights at night and caught trout, redfish, flounder, and even an alligator gar. Great for long term stays! Why stay in a hotel when you can feel like you staying at the fish camp, but only first class! Love the place, can’t wait to go back!”

“This is a quaint homie laid back park. The manager Larry is Awsome! He is the most helpful and diligent Manager I've ever dealt with. The park is quiet and always being maintained. I was told there putting in free wifi, a laundry mat and guest house showers. Its a up and comming work in progress. The prices are great and they have a lease to purchase option so your actually buying the trailer instead of throwing money away. I think its great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and nice place to call home!”

The place is always clean and I love the security the gated fence provides. Great pool, grills, and lounge area. We were truly spoiled and can’t wait to be back when we are in the area again! “Stayed overnight March 24, 2019. Called two days earlier to make reservations and left message. Had a return call within a few minutes. Upon arrival my site was already reserved. Park has concrete pads and setup was easy. Very nice park.”

“We had to leave our home due to the tanker fire in Deer Park. Our son has Leukemia and the air was bad for him. We explained our situation to the lady at the front desk and she helped us with a great rate and a great room. The refrigerator wasn’t working and we notified them 5 minutes later they had it replaced. The staff is super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. If we are in this position again (hopefully not) we know we can get away to Pearland. Thank you!!”

“Our continental attendant Ms.nancy is a wonderful woman. Beautiful person and personality. She cared about our stay at the hotel and gave us a wonderful loving greetings each morning of our 3 days. Front desk agents were also friendly and warm . Housekeeping attendant was caring of our safety as she mopped hallway by elevators. Nice and clean hotel.
