“Lived in the neighborhood right behind these mobile homes for the last 8 yrs without any major issues or concerns. They’re very friendly neighbors to have and even the “occasional” late night music is pleasant. However, when I replaced the old, rotten, leaning fence that backs to their property (8ft stained cedar wood fence) in hopes of a nicer look for both sides. I found that someone is using the back side of the fence to store equipment and materials by leaning up against it. The only reason I even noticed is because I notice that the fence is now leaning on the side where the equipment and materials are being stored. I hope this gets dealt with quickly and to the understanding that we should be mindful of the boundaries and care of our neighbors (and their property)”

Front staff was warm and welcoming. Our room overlooked the park, which was great because the sun didn't blast at us in the morning. Location is close to everything, particularly the subway - made getting around the city easier with so many lines that close. I can't wait to stay here again.”

“We were only in the area for one night, but I am so thankful this is the hotel I booked. The front desk staff were so friendly, especially the gal that was working when we checked out this morning, wish I would’ve gotten her name! We got a king suite and the room was immaculate. It was definitely more than we needed for the night but we slept great! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the breakfast. While I very much enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches that seemed to be homemade and were oh so delicious, my boyfriend wished there were a few more choices for eggs and breakfast meats as opposed to having to tear apart a sandwich to get just that. The outside grounds were very nice, as was everywhere inside we ventured. We will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we are in the area. The price was great, the hospitality was great, the whole experience was pretty great!!”

“Very nice and friendly hotel. We stayed one night over the Labor Day holiday. We were greeted by very nice staff, our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. I purchased the room with the breakfast option. The breakfast was great. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions. The hotel is is in a great spot, near many restaurants and shopping locations.”
