Yes the building is dated and the breakfast might not be worth getting up for (but come on, are they ever really?), but for the price and easy access to the highway, it’s a perfect road trip stop. “I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn. I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a "now open" sign, so I decided to check it out. The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem. The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding "barn door" to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink. Everything was clean and my stay was quiet. I was very pleased.”

“Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and in good shape with comfortable beds. The included continental breakfast was delicious and consistently great day after day. The pool house is a bit out dated and could use some love but is safe and perfectly usable. As of our visit (Oct 2022) there was some nearby road construction that made getting in and out of a bit of a hassle. The hotel was proactive and let us know about it in advance. This should be finished up in a few months. I would absolutely stay there again.”

“Stayed here over father's day weekend. It's a nice shady area on the river with helpful staff. Restrooms stayed pretty clean even with having quite a few people staying there. Just the site and services I have 0 complaints. Had some vehicle issues as we were leaving and the owner and staff were nothing but helpful and understanding. Never felt rushed to get out. I would come back here without question. Good people and a good place to stay.”
