“It is a small park for kids, not a big park type so it doesn't have a big parking place and toilet. But the play structures are great and well-maintained, it is good alternative to other play place around the Richardson”

“Loved it! Took my kids to ride their bikes along trail. It was very nice. Found a little Creek to skip rocks. Very peaceful, quite. Saw a few joggers along the way. Seems save but of course you should take a buddy and pepper spray.”

“I like the pond and the ducks and the fact that it is named after a fallen officer (who was also a u.s. airman) and that it's all blue to fit the police theme. It's just a small neighbourhood park but it's cute and has a lending library!”

“This is the least crowded of the Greenway Trails. On a cool Friday morning in November, I saw more wild turkeys than people. I don't ride this trail very often, but I always hope to see work being done on the Medina River and Leon Creek crossings. This is about all that is left of Phase 3 of the project. This will connect the trail to the Pleasanton Rd Trailhead. When the section from Matrix Park to Mission Espada, this will one of the longest stretches of trail in the city.”

“It was amazing, we did not know about the entrance fee, also we should take our own BBQ there since none of them works. Generally it is a lovely place. Enjoy fishing.”

“Always an amazing experience. The path is wide and swerves through northern San Antonio nicely. The only real complaint would be the cyclists: they think pedestrians are to yield to them when, in fact, they're supposed to yield. But, regardless, this is a great place to go for a walk, a run, or a ride. Be safe out there and enjoy this amazing treat the city has provided. I hope this helps someone.”

“Spectacular facility! Really well done, great array of maps and information in the congregation area. They’ve even included a water bottle filler in conjunction with the drinking fountains. The walkway is concrete, very wide and accommodating. Once all of the vegetation has had a chance to regrow it will be an absolutely amazing trail. Clearly lots of wildlife, plenty of deer and we even saw a snake. Very much looking forward to continued extension of the greenway north of 1604 all the way to the Rim ultimately.”
