“This is by far one of the best properties I have lived at. They have so many floor plan options it was hard to choose which one we wanted to move into. It is very quiet at night which is rare to come by nowadays. The property manager Diana is great! Any issue that we’ve had she’s personally stopped by to make sure it was taken care of, she really cares. Did I mention the dog park? It’s great for our dogs and they love it! Not too big or too small. It is the right size for our dogs to play in. The property is in a great location near Addison which works great for when we want to order food to go, very convenient that they are near. This property also has a nice gym and the pool is one of the best we’ve ever seen. Lots of room for everyone. Very budget friendly and there is always some kind of deal going on for new renters. The only real hard choice would be choosing the unit you want to stay in. They are all updated and each new unit we see just gets better and better. Don’t miss out and regret not moving here! We are glad we didn’t!”

Every staff member in the office are trained very well and they communicate & listen to you if you do have a problem. They are all super friendly and have the “do it right” attitude. I love that! Maintenance is on top of things as well. They are all hard workers and eager to do it correctly and promptly. The pool, car wash, gym and sauna are the best! Getting all of those amenities & MORE at the price you pay is unbeatable. I highly recommend Arrington to anyone looking in the area.”

“I lived here for a year. I really had no problems at all. Management is helpful. Whenever I needed something fixed it was fixed within a day or two. They allow pets for a monthly fee. It wasn’t noisy. The pool and hot tub are nice. I received all my packages. It’s super close to Santana row. The apartments are spacious. My unit had a washer and dryer in unit which isn’t usually the case, so that was a plus. There was a ton of storage space like a walk in closet and walk in pantry and extra cabinets in the hallway. The neighbors are friendly. I wish I hadn’t had to move out of this place since it was pretty great. I needed to be closer to SF which is why I left.”
