However, the way that you're treated in the meantime totally makes up for 24 to 48 hour wait time. I rather spend money somewhere where I know I'll be respected and not taken advantage of as a woman. Last but not least, the store feels safe not only inside, but on the outside. The outside is more important to me personally, because it kind of gives me an idea of what it will feel like inside. Although, it was not my first time at this store. The manager Riley a long with his coworkers; Specifically, one that wasn't even on schedule. They were very kind to me. Kindness is something that you cannot buy. I believe that actually made me spend the money I spent, and willing to spend a little more today. I liked this AutoZone prior to my visit today. I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. At the end when it came time to pick my glasses Derrick and Haley made the process very smooth and they were very helpful. Hunter had did as he said he would and entered notes from a drop in visit on the glasses I liked and wanted and because he did this it help Derrick, Haley, and I put a ton.
