“We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Here's the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical "premiums" that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family. Most days were spent on a heating pad just to move for maybe 30 minutes. From my first appointment, I could start to feel some improvement and I am so thankful for Dr. Lotto. He made a treatment plan for me for the first month and at the end of that month, it was almost like I was a new person. I will always live with pain due to my muscular/skeletal disorders. I will continue to see Dr. Lotto at least once a week. But since my first visit in Aptil, my quality of life has greatly improved. This I attribute to Dr. Lotto and The Joint!!”

Called his office office staff was so kind and helpful and got me right in that day. Dr Peay couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable, he took his time and was able to diagnose my problem. And his assistant which I’m sorry to say I forgot his name, was very kind and personable. Highly recommend, Dr. Peay. Went back for follow up, and was pleased that treatment Dr. Peay prescribed is working very well. Found out assistants name which is Tim who is very kind and helpful. “So first of all the variety is great (I was especially excited by the edible grade lavender flowers, white vinegar in bulk, and orange blossom bubble bath) but the absolute best part was...THEY HAD A KID'S CORNER!!! I was all set to have the 'no touch' talk with my toddler, but she ran straight for the little table with crayons and toys, and other than calling for us to look at what she was doing constantly, was very happy there, leaving me to browse in (relative) peace.
