“I truly enjoyed and respect the level of service and treatment that me and my 5 children received at Spencer Dental on Mechanicsville. I had made an appointment for all 5 of my children to get a cleaning all for the same day. We waited less than 10 minutes to go to the back to start the cleaning. After the cleaning 4 out of 5 needed to come back to see the orthodontist. Well the orthodontist was available to see all 4 of them on the same visit! Dr. Herrera the Orthodontist was thorough , patient and took his time with each of my children. He also explained his recommendations clearly and made sure I understood his recommendations before he proceeded to the next child! I was also informed that he is not in the office every day and he normally does not be in that late at the office. For me that was nothing but God’s Favor!!! CeCe was at the front desk her energy, her smile and sense of humor made the overall experience extremely pleasant and rewarding!!! All the staff that assisted with my children were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the service that they were providing!!! Job well done to each one of you that made this day a great dental experience for me and all of my children!! I appreciate you all!! See you all again soon!!!????”

I’ve been her patient now for a little over 2 years. I believe wholeheartedly that she is responsible for my progress. “If you need a safe space to unload the stress, anxiety and worries of life, then Reboot is exactly where you need to be. I’ve been going to Reboot for a year now, for therapy, and it has by far been the best experience that I have had. Therapy can be overwhelming and scary when you first start. And, the staff are absolutely great with making sure an individual is comfortable, and has all of the information they may need. Whether it is for appointments, insurance, payments, etc. The staff are professional, friendly, approachable, and ready to help. I have been seeing Jaclyn, and even though I felt extremely anxious first starting my therapy with her; she was willing to ease into it with me.
