“What a great used car dealer! I had been too many over the last year looking for my specific vehicle. The guys were very welcoming and let me take out a couple trucks. I test drove one a couple times over 2 weekends before selecting it. After purchase while driving home it began experiencing problems related to the emissions system..I returned, they met me at the truck and offered to get it fixed if I still wanted it. “The sales process for my VW camper van was straightforward. They sold me the van at a fair market price with no need for haggling and no pressure to finance. The van is so nicely refurbished that it feels like it was transported to the future from its year of manufacture, aside from the > 100k odometer. They resolved the few minor issues I found after purchase for free (as per the purchase agreement), in a timely fashion, and with no argument. There were no surprise charges or hard up-sells on options. I can talk directly with the expert staff and they have been friendly and happy to offer advice on how to maintain the vehicle or fix something myself. I read all the negative reviews about this place, and at the time of my review, all are related to other vehicles, not camper vans. I will update this review with information about repair service once I have experienced that.”

“Roughly 3 months ago I picked up a Mercedes E350 from these guys. I had been looking for about 2 weeks for one that wasn't abused. They were professional and the car was clean as a whistle. It also drove well. I wanted to ensure I wasn't going to have any sudden issues so I asked to take it to the Mercedes dealership and get it checked out. Even though the dealership was all the way in Bellevue they allowed me to take it, no questions asked. On top of that, they didn't push me in any direction to purchase a car from them. I prefer to browse the selection without being bothered and I was left to do just that. I've had one or two issues with it but I think its just typical car stuff that comes up when a car is ready to give you a problem. Overall a good experience and I'd highly recommend Auto Car Zone.”
