“This is overall a great school. I definitely recommend for your child to be here. The teachers are nothing short of amazing and the student body is kind and respectful to one another. The band program is extravagant and the athletic program is spectacular. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. But there are some drawbacks like the building and field is old and needs to do something about it. I'm sure that most of the people that went there are not regretful but purely happy that they did.”

“The teaching staff are amazing, incredible human beings. Mrs. Spaulding, Mrs. Davis and Mrs. O'Brien are three of the most kindhearted, patient and intelligent women I have ever met. Mrs. Davis has taught two of my children, hopefully soon the third will get to be in her class too. She is one of the women I respect and admire the most. She has become very important to our family. We love her. I don't know how we would have made it through one year if it weren't for her. I can't sing her praises enough. The lunch lady mafia on the other hand, need to settle down. We miss principal Sheerer.”

“I only went for two and half weeks before I went back to my old High School in Ohio to start my senior year because starting a new school in a new state senior year is really hard. I loved Bothell though and it was hard to leave. I loved how they hard a head start thing the day before for new students. It definitely made it easier for me. The teachers and staff were great and kind! The teachers trusted the students and the students trusted the teachers. The school is clean and the food was pretty good. I wish that I could have just packed up my friends and bring my schools show choir with me and I would have stayed at Bothell. Thanks for the great two and half weeks.”

“The foundation 1 course was great! Really helped me feel more comfortable and confident in water. Made me realize the importance of the mental aspect of swimming and swimming is 80% mental and 20% physical. If you are an adult wanting to learn how to swim or have a fear of water, this course is the way to go! Instructors were also great!”

“Summer exudes positive energy with the kids she works with. My son was very scared he was crying and making a scene, summer was unfazed she approached him in a way that made my son relax and have fun in the pool with her. It was very impressive to see his transformation in one class! I can’t wait to see his progress with her. I have been taking my son to kinder swimmer for 18 months and they are polite, accommodating and it has been a pleasure bringing my son here from 6 months to 2 years now.”

Before our youngest, then 5, expressed an interest in partner dancing, I had no idea this was a sport. “This space is beautiful and safe and the teachers are compassionate. They check in with the people in class and ask what you need. The classes flow nicely and they offer alternatives if a move doesn’t feel right. A peaceful place for self care. I highly recommend the yoga garden.”

“I have worked at Luv-N-Care for a few months now and the way this center is run is a huge step up from what some other reviews describe. The new director, although young, is very capable and has turned this childcare center around. The previous director created a disorganized and unfit center that was difficult to transform into the nurturing and accommodating one it is today, thus staff turnover was high and, as with any transformational period, it took some time to sort out. I absolutely love it here. We have a wonderful staff that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our students, staff members are well trained and have previous experience working with kids, there are new cleaning requirements in place, and we have continued to make improvements in the center such as renovating classrooms and installing brand new playground structures. I took this job because of how genuine and kind the staff is and have seen how hard everyone works to provide quality care through mutual respect and understanding.”
