“I contacted Continental for the move from 2 storage units in Kent to my new home in Tacoma. Larry was my initial contact. He was very professional and explained the entire process. The cost was very reasonable considering I would have to hire a moving truck, talk my 3 sons into helping with the move during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, then cover any chiropractic care when it was done. It was quick, painless process to set up. The three young men who came to do the actual move were amazingly professional and funny! Even on that stormy day when we moved! They never complained and worked so hard to get the job done. Nothing was broken or damaged. And in the new house, if one of the saw me struggling to move a box, they were right there to move it for me. They even took a few minutes to help me put together my huge solid oak dining room table. I would definitely call on Continental again! It was money well spent!!!”

“Place is easy to miss. It’s across the street from a jacuzzi business. Otherwise, it’s a hidden gem if you like to go to places like goodwill or thrift shops. Doesn’t sell clothes but everything else you can think of. Brandon made a really great impression on doing business and understands not to squeeze every dollar he can knowing there are things he can make money on by just having a person come back again. I really appreciate that and it with covid he is pretty serious with ensuring it’s not packed when your looking around makes it where you have space and don’t feel pressure when you are there.”

We were moving about 20 miles away from a 2500 SF home and an off-site storage site, to a 4200 SF home on rather short-notice (2 weeks) and needed a full service local mover. I contacted several companies and Octopus was THE ONLY one who contacted us personally. (Others just emailed their standard hourly rates.) Octopus gave us a good quote and we hired them on the spot. And we're so glad we did!!! They were outstanding in every possible way. They arrived on-time, everyone worked hard and fast, and all of our belongings arrived safely.
