“My experience with Achtuning was the best I’ve ever had with any shop. Recently purchased an RS5, and wanted to replace the stock exhaust and downpipes, install an RMR transmission cooler, and add spacers. Worked with Kelly, Zach, and Bill from start to finish. Every interaction with them is professional, and you just feel like these guys are a classy group. They were the only shop willing to do the trans cooler install, and it turned out perfect. There was an issue with the exhaust manufacturer that Zach managed, and after the manufacturer fell on their face a third time, I was ready to return the system. Bill stepped in to resolve it and save the sale, and in the end the exhaust was the perfect sound I was looking for. Zach stepped up yet again and worked the manufacturer to apply a discount for the problems they caused. To top it off, there was a misunderstanding at the end, but instead of communicating through email, Kelly picked up the phone and called to clear things up. To boot, it turned out I was in the wrong. Fantastic experience all around.”

They had clearance graphic tees for $1.50 so that was nice but the clearance rack was unorganized so I was constantly checking the price scanner to be should to catch the sales. Some things in this store is ridiculously expensive and do no reason but there are some good deals”

“I cannot recommend United Pest Solutions enough! We have been dealing with sugar ants the past few spring/summers. They have always been relegated to one corner and I have been able to keep them under control with liquid bate and keeping up on spraying away their trails, but it has been a bandaid. Well this spring we went on vacation and when we came back....YIKES! There were little trails of ants going along the baseboards in all directions, so gross. I gave a couple companies a call, but United said they could come the day of. I talked to Deana, who was so helpful and kind on the phone. Anyways, I was expecting them to let me know that the ants would dissipate over a couple days, but they were ALL gone the same day. They quickly found the nest that was hiding under our back patio near the door jam, and voila! It so nice to know I won't be dealing with them for the next few months. They even let me know toxicity levels (as I have kids) and made me feel totally at ease with what they used. We were back in our home within an hour. Highly recommend!”

“I contacted Continental for the move from 2 storage units in Kent to my new home in Tacoma. Larry was my initial contact. He was very professional and explained the entire process. The cost was very reasonable considering I would have to hire a moving truck, talk my 3 sons into helping with the move during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, then cover any chiropractic care when it was done. It was quick, painless process to set up. The three young men who came to do the actual move were amazingly professional and funny! Even on that stormy day when we moved! They never complained and worked so hard to get the job done. Nothing was broken or damaged. And in the new house, if one of the saw me struggling to move a box, they were right there to move it for me. They even took a few minutes to help me put together my huge solid oak dining room table. I would definitely call on Continental again! It was money well spent!!!”
