Well appointed interiors and outdoor spaces lend to a beautiful, comfortable home away from home. The master suite overlooks the pristine beach and gulf. Beds, bathrooms, furnishings are comfy and spacious. They maintain the property well which is often missing in rental homes. Best of all, you are 25 steps to a perfect sand beach and the lull of the ocean.”

I go here to use the gym and the people here are very nice and go out of their way so that you are comfortable even when you don't know how to use the equipment, there are no stupid questions that goes a long way with me. I like this gym because there aren't a lot of people using the facility and you can get there and workout with no waiting for a piece of equipment. I highly recommend this place to anyone that doesn't like crowds. I also recommend this facility for rehabilitation. I have to say again, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!”

“Priscilla was asked to help sell our mothers home after she passed. It needs some work, but, has a great lot and is in a great area! Then shortly after my husband and I asked her to help find us a place. Easy right? Not so much! We have 2 large dog's, 2 cat's, that need space/yard and a race car that also needed a place. My husband works in Seattle, and our budget was practically nothing compared to what houses are priced at. Also, we weren't prepared to move for another 2 years. Almost 3 month's to the day of meeting her, we closed on mamas house for well over asking price and we closed on an adorable house in North Marysville, with a yard, quiet neighborhood, with a shop and a garage AND just minutes from the nearest parking ride so my husband can quickly get to work. For just under our all in price. The entire time she was there day/night to answer any and all of our trillion questions, set up viewings and helped point out new listings that checked our boxes. She even went out of her way to grab a few things that were accidentally left at my mothers house in south Mountlake Terrace and brought them to me! Should we move again, she will absolutely be our first choice for an agent. If you want an agent that will work her tail off for you, she's that agent!”

I love everything about Homestead Apartments the management team, as well as their maintenance team. They work with you with what ever it is you need, very kind, helpful, and compassionate. Homestead Apartments is very clean, very quiet place. Great location grocery store right across the street as well as other stores. School bus stops right in front of the apartments. I LOVE HOMESTEAD APARTMENTS! Kaeli Pugsley is an amazing manager I love her very welcoming and very helpful highly recommend Homestead Apartments amazing place to live . “Westside Flats is a well managed apartment complex with quiet neighbors and a wonderful Property Manager. Cam is professional, communicative, and extremely proactive. To directly refute the non-resident's review about getting their car towed... this wasn't a sudden thing and their car should have been towed. There was frequent communication with all residents about the policy prior to enacting it and it was done for the good of the residents who live here and pay for parking. Friends ARE allowed to park in tenant spots as long as the car is registered with the office. The building is clean and well taken care of. It is on a bus line. The neighborhood is cool. It is nice being close to downtown Seattle without being in it. Get an apartment here! Just do it!”
