It is surrounded by beautiful homes. It contains an 80 foot native American effigy mound, so glad this little slice of Wisconsin was saved within city limits!”

“I loveeeeee living at The Marling. It is a new apartment, so it has that going for it. I'll notice someone dinged a wall in the hallway and maintenance is on top of it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They've got kayak racks! They originally only had one, but it filled up, so they built another. The gym is the nicest apartment gym I've seen. Rooftop deck and courtyards are fantastic. Plus, you cant beat being in the Atwood neighborhood and right on the bike path.”
