The teller helped not only get a temporary card but took the time to show me how to access it on Apple Pay until my new one arrived In the mail. He even got me with a banker and helped me changed my password. I do agree that the lines can be long, people need to remember that B of A also does the EDD card. And many people are still unemployed from the pandemic. That is why all Bank of Americas have long lines today not just this branch. I think this is a solid branch.”

“A few days ago, I went to Nevada State Bank because an account of mine had matured. Three different ladies but none of them were able to correctly ascertain what type of account I had and had difficulty processing my rollover. Feeling somewhat uncomfortable, I decided to go to another branch that was closer to my home. Fortunately, at the branch on Sunset, I found Sunshine Vale Cruz. She was absolutely wonderful. She identified the type of account I had processed my transaction in just a few minutes! Sunshine was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! She is certainly a huge asset to Nevada State Bank and should be in charge of training other bank personnel.”

Within 30 minutes I came into this branch and was told I needed to make an appointment with a personal banker. The next day I met with David Meritt about my account. He waited on hold and eventually spoke to a representative. He then created me a new account, and I now have no issues. I usually don't write 5 stars for people doing their job, but he made me feel really great about my decision to finance with Chase. The tellers my last 2 days at this location have made me feel judged and poor (even though I am NOT). I got nothing but glares, eye rolls, and ugly looks for doing nothing but waiting to be helped.. I don't appreciate this kind of treatment by women. Women should support women. But David made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he cared about me as more than just a customer.. You are my car buying hero !”
