Rosa, the bank manager never fails to greet me when I walk in the door, unless she is busy, and all of the tellers are very polite, efficient, and personable. I do miss the coin counting machine, but I understand that the maintenance completely swallowed any profits they made from non-Capital One customers. The auxiliary staff are very competent and do their jobs quickly and professionally. I have to bring my mother here twice a year, to get notarizations that she is still alive, and she is always treated with the utmost respect, and made comfortable if we are required to wait. The bank is always spotless, and there are always coffee and treats available.”
