“What a great place to stay! I stayed in an upstairs room above the coffee shop. I was there during the week so the inn was very quiet. The owner and staff are genuine, outgoing and super friendly. I had breakfast in the cafe and everyone that walked in the door was greeted like family. Coffee and food was great, you must try their avocado toast. I've been craving it ever since getting back home. Room was clean and charming, love the decor and the style of the house. Bed was comfortable and temperature was perfect. My room was facing the street which was noisy at times, the logging trucks start rolling around 4:00am and road noise doesn't quiet until around 10:00pm. It wasn't a problem for me but those sensitive to noise should plan accordingly. I wouldn't hesitate to book the same room again. Highly recommend!”

They have a smaller selection of food than a full shop, but at least they have some hot breakfast sandwiches. No salads though (yet?). There is a small seating area that lacks ambiance, but any port in a storm and there's free Wi-Fi from the Albertson's.”

“Plenty of street parking available, takes cash and card and serves food during the day and Tea till close. There are some cool seats in the windows sills, but otherwise a few two-tops line the walls with some comfy chairs to complement them. The music is chill and the ambience is great! And what a unique place...where else will give you free tea for simply picking up some trash from Grand Ave? It's this kind of stuff that's lacking in this world! Plus, the tea is DELICIOUS and thoughtfully steeped/brewed. There is a great selection available on the boards, but they also have a "build your own tea" area with lots of cool options to choose from. Not a tea expert? Totally fine, just ask all the questions you want, as the staff is friendly and ready to help. Plus, they're open late on weekends! Really dig this cool and unique space both for their tea and food offerings as well as the creativity and love for the community. Please swing by when you're in the area--definitely recommended! Just wanted to come back here and add that today I had the frittata with arugula salad and "seedy toast" and it was delicious!”

I’m on the adoption list for the lentil soup, you will love this delicious family recipe! My favorite meal is the Chicken Kabob Plate, and I love a nice iced tea or water and of course we love the fresh cookies and treats for dessert! They have parking which is so helpful and there is a restroom too. It’s a great local spot to know about where they feed you like Royalty…check out King’s Kabob and you will be so glad you did! “What a fanatic little hidden gem. We were driving through the area and found City Line was on our way. Great menu of sandwiches, paninis and wraps and really great prices. Sandwiches were speedily made and they were thoughtful to slice a sandwich in 2 for the kids. Really tasty chicken panini and my kids gobbled up their turkey deli sandwich, which is not always the case! The extra helpful employee even gave my son (3) a bandaid as he was besides himself about a scratch. If we were local, this would absolutely be our go-to sandwich spot!!”

“First time here. We came here for the Persian kabob and it did not disappoint. The lentil soup was delicious and well-seasoned. The rice was fresh and tasty. The Koobideh kabob was freshly made and seasoned well. We ordered saffron and cinnamon tea, both were good but the cinnamon one became my favorite. The place is nice and cozy and the staff is friendly. Overall it was a really good experience and will definitely come back. I highly recommend Zamaan Cafe.”

“It's a little cafe in an industrial neighborhood. It isn't going to be winning any Michelin stars, but it's not like they have Sasquatch running the kitchen either. The BLT I had was good. Everything was fresh and tasty. I dined in the cafe and it's not much for atmosphere. There are some old pictures which are pretty cool, but the tables and chairs have probably been there for 20 years or more, and not in a good way. Serviceable, but worn and dated. Prices are decent and you get a good value for the money. I'll eat here again for sure.”
