My son has all sorts of food allergies and it’s been very challenging to find a place to eat as a family that will be safe and healthy for him. Today I found it at IF Cafe. I just moved here from Massachusetts and there are not a lot of allergy friendly places back in Mass. Lisa the owner was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and talked with us, genuinely wanting to get to know us and our story. We felt so welcomed and the place is adorable! “Completely transformed over the last 10 years to focus on the Monitor as it’s prime exhibit. Includes the turret and a large number of artifacts, plus a full size model of the entire ship outdoors and a full sized model of the turret indoors. The real thing is there undergoing preservation for years with good progress, but you can barely see it since it is under water. Beyond that, it has a huge Americas Cup yacht so big that even its own building is too small, a few small boats that now have an climate controlled warehouse, and an amazing set ships models.”

Don't think this store will survive, although it was fun to take the children when they were little.”
