“I want to show my appreciation to Brayan and the entire team at San Leandro Kia. Their price was fair, the negotiation was smooth, and I was pleased with the level of detail and service. I have my apprehensions with the after sales service but I can do it at any Kia dealer of my choice in the area, or even normal shops, so that comes down to whether I'm lucky or not. But I want to reiterate that I'm very pleased with this dealerships service, they didn't waste my time and didn't play any games with me - I felt respected. I will note that I did not opt to finance, because I had been severely burned by the process at every dealer I had been to up to this point. But there were no silly markups, the price quoted to me was the price I paid, and it's crazy that we're at this point where nobody wants to be an honest, trust earning business. I didn't feel that way about San Leandro Kia. The cherry on top was that they actually had the exact car and trim was looking for!”
