Zain is a cash dealer however I went in with preapproval lending from my credit union. We were waiting on hold with the bank for hours. We had to jump hurdles to satisfy the credit union. It was taxing but Kassandra powered through with a helpful and gracious attitude. We need more people like that in the business. As for the car it's what I wanted and they happened to have it.”
