“Whitney Patton helped my husband through the whole process. She did a great job and made an honest and fair deal. We were interested in the Jeep Wrangler High Tide edition and they had just sold the last one on the lot. She was able to get another one for us and required a $1,000 deposit to hold it upon arrival. This made us uncomfortable due to the negative reviews but they stuck to the negotiated deal made over the phone. We sent pictures for the trade in, got an estimate over the phone, which was a fair price. They did NOT add extra fees once we got to the dealership either. We live about 2 hours away and did everything over the phone until it was time to go pick it up. Kept us updated while we waited for it to arrive…just all around good communication. I am so happy with my first Jeep purchase and definitely recommend this dealership. Several people tried to buy the Jeep before we made it there and they held on to it for us since we put the deposit down. Nothing but a great experience! Great job, great dealership and great staff.”

“8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years! 8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.”

“Shogun Auto Center is an absolute top tier place to buy a car. Jorge and his brother own and operate the place on their own, and have stellar customer service. No pressure, no stories, no BS.
