“We bought our camper in August from this dealer. I was very pleased with the whole process. Our slide out on the camper had a part that got bent when they brought the camper from the north location to the south location. We were so worried we wouldn’t have the camper fixed for our first camping trip. They had the camper fixed and ready to go four days after signing all our paper work. The lead mechanic even worked over time to have it done for us. Jeremy our salesman was friendly and super helpful. He made the whole sales process head ache free and easy. “The experience that I had here was great! The owner is a no BS kinda guy(which I like), but very down to earth. He has understanding for situations. He's the type of guy that will work with you if you're down and out and get you into a good reliable car for cheap payments you can afford. He walked me through all that paperwork I needed for bank financing, faxed it out to about 20 banks and within 15 minutes we had great offers to pick from on the car I wanted. I noticed that he doesn't put up with time wasters and tire kickers, don't blame him, he's been in the business a long time. He'll sit you down, ask you like 3 minutes worth of questions about your income, give you a list of cars you could drive off today in, and if you like one of the probably 30 within your price range that he has to offer, you're good to go! Whole deal took about an hour and I'm financed through a well known and reputable bank. The truck I got is doing great, and It's payed off! Really appreciate it, Thanks so much!”

I was very upfront with the sales person, Elbert, and management with what I needed to be at to make a deal. They made it happen, and the process was good for the most part. Elbert was very easy to deal with, and not one of those typical sales people where you feel like you are being cheated or taken advantage of. No pressure, which I also really appreciated. Same with management. I feel like they took care of me, and gave me a good deal for my trade in too. They were very honest, and upfront with me-which you don't get these days when you go car shopping. Elbert sent me a personalized video of the car I was interested in, which was really cool. “I'm really shocked with the negative reviews. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I unfortunately totaled my car and it was brought here after the accident. From the customer service reps to the men in the yard, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I grabbed everything I needed. I had to come back a second time to grab something from my trunk I forgot (receipts for my insurance) and it was a little tricky because the stock number was registered to another car but they still worked to resolve the issue so I could retrieve the rest of my belongings. All in all, this place is great! They even offered me coffee and donuts while I waited. Sooooo nice!!!”
