I called Friday for a Saturday oil change appointment. I was told no appointments were available, they were booked full. She said I could come as a walk in Sat morning and wait, but that it would not be fast, probably a long wait. I arrived and spoke with Francisco, and let me tell you he bent over backwards to get me in as quickly as possible. He was efficient, and juggled multiple customers at the same time while giving each customer his undivided attention and no one waited more than a few minutes. Friendly and professional is an understatement. I would never deal with anyone else! I will return to this dealer location (even though it is not conveniently close to home) just because of Francisco. Thank you for your upstanding customer service today, it was much appreciated.”
