“Picked up my car from Armstrong after repairs and was extremely happy, drove to locksmith to make a duplicate set of keys. Somehow the locksmith jammed up my vehicles brain after "flashing" part of key making. Locksmith said my vehicle issues weren't their fault and that I should call a tow truck as they did nothing wrong. I called Armstrong told them what was going on and Armstrong spoke to the locksmith over the phone, walked the locksmith over the mistake the locksmith had made and gave him guidance on how to fix it!!!! Armstrong WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Had I believed the locksmith I would have been out of pocket for towing, etc....I can't praise Armstrong Automotive enough. What they did for me was simply doing the right thing, that's how they treat customers.”

“I was surprised to find and now happy to know Kenneth from K & C Auto. I normally work on my own vehicle when I have a repair to make. However my 2005 f150 completely blew a power steering line in the cold of January this year (2021) I did not want to work in the cold and knew how stubborn this type of repair can be. So I reached out to a couple of local shops for estimates and found it very expensive to just replace the lines. Cutting to the chase here, Kenneth from K & C Auto came to my house and gave me an in person estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the repair needed and we quickly agreed to proceed with the repair at substantial saving to me. Of course my 16 year old truck had some nicely rusted together components that made the job a challenge. Ken worked in the cold and wet weather to complete the repair. In the end I ended up with new lines a new power steering pump and a new rack in pinion steering very close price it would have cost me just to replace just the power steering lines at two other shops I contacted. I finally have confidence in the honesty and integrity in an auto repair company again.”
