Coming into the fit I would experience tightness in my back, soreness on my left hip, and occasional numbness in my arms on longer rides. I was a mess. I have been riding for a month since the fit, numbness gone, tight back is loose, and left hip has not been sore since. I am riding faster, longer, and with the same average heart rate.
