The only issue with Big5 is their physical store location in Parker, you have to either know it's there or find it by chance...they deserve to have a more prominent location. I’ve picked up a few prescriptions for my family and although the wait time may vary at times, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences (phone calls, prescriptions etc). People need to understand these pharmacists aren’t magicians and work as fast as they can. There are always variables with delayed prescriptions, information etc. Have some mercy on these guys. Whoever has complaints should work behind the counter for a day. I bet their views would change quickly.”
