“Very rude staff. Two days in a row I've tried to cash my paycheck now. Yesterday I got here at 7:30 pm and even though their website says money service is open until 11:00, it was closed. Today I get here at 10:00 am and money service is closed because the lady went to lunch. So, I decide to wait. Some snarky little manager lady says I can't wait in the area. I explain I'm waiting for money service to open back up, I don't have enough gas to go anywhere else, and I don't feel well. I have a bad heart and this kind of stress, I do not need. She did not care. It took another employee to step up and bring me a stool to sit on. Now I'm being watched like a hawk, because apparently they think I'm up to no good. I was going to do some shopping after cashing my check. I need about 100.00 worth the items. Instead I'm going across the road to Target. I know my little 100.00 means very little to Walmart, or they wouldn't treat a very loyal customer, in the past, like I'm nothing in their eyes. I've dealt with this type of treatment from the Vadnais Heights, MN, Walmart for about a year now. I will not spend another dime at a Walmart store ever for the rest of my life. They treat customers like dirt.”

My first visit I went to get boots and I was helped by Jen. She said she only recently started in the shoe department but she taught me so much about picking the right hiking boot. Approximately a week later I came back and Chris in the backpack department gave me a thorough walkthrough. “I had to return some Christmas lights they weren't working adequately exchange was easy I asked for some help and they call someone and brought me right back to where I thought they might be and they were and I wanted to get Blue lights instead of white lights like I had gotten and it was no problem I enjoy shopping at Walmart because when I ask questions about an item that may not be findable they either find it right away or they tell me that it is not in stock at the moment but will be within a couple of days. That helps out tremendously because of the price of gas running to and from different places or back to the store at least I know to wait a couple of days and it's convenient and it's clean 🪥”

“Pricing - 4/5 Service - 5/5 The pricing of stringing is little bit more when compared to one other place in the area, but he always deliver on time, in fact he delivers even before the said time. I hope they’d offer some specials for regulars. The store has good merch to choose from and good collection of racquets, strings and shoes. I love the wooden racquet collection hanging on the walls.
